Description:
This event is a training opportunity to equip young leaders with the skills they need to be successful. Come learn the principles of leadership that you can use as a counselor or back home in your own community or school. Learn behavior management, spiritual development, worship planning, and outdoor living skills taught by veteran site staff, deans, and counselors. People wanting to take part in the C.I.T. event can also look forward to On-Site training, specialized workshops, curriculum exploration, and a week as a co-counselor utilizing hands on experience to acquire leadership skills.
