Join other high school student leaders and adult leaders who desire to know more about leadership and how to use their gifts effectively.  Together we’ll explore the concept of “transformational leadership” to gain a deeper understanding of Christian leadership and discipleship.  Engaging activities will allow us to practice skills that can be utilized in the local church and beyond.  You will be challenged to better know yourself, know God, be a learner, serve now, and focus on others. 

Living in Christian community for the week in a beautiful setting will ensure for a fun and meaningful experience.
