Description:
This is a weekend for adult women set aside for you to nurture yourself and your important relationships. Come away together to play and to support each other as you work to achieve health and happiness. Workshops are professionally led, offering concrete tools to promote positive body image, spiritual health, and open communication. Extras like professional workbooks, delicious meals, and opportunities to pamper yourself set this weekend apart. All this in a fun, supportive community and the relaxed setting of Wesley Meadow Lodge.
It would be a great opportunity for adult mothers and daughters to share this time, but everyone who has ever been a mother or a daughter is welcome!!
