Not just for Deans!!! This training event is for all program camp staff members including counselors, listeners, and resource people. On-Site training is an opportunity to bond with your staff team. On-Site training includes workshops on crafts, spiritual development, behavior management, learning skills, instructional skills, and campfire program ideas. Come and tour the facilities that your camp staff team will utilize this summer! CIT training will be held in conjunction with On-Site Training. This will provide Deans an opportunity to meet and recruit CIT’s.
